The frying pan (Art. no. 0290T) measurements make it ideal for the cooking needs of a large family or for frying e.g. four entrecôtes at the same time.
The frying pan which has been tested by Bosch fits all kinds of stoves with oval heat/frying zones, induction stoves with ceramic hobs as well as hobs with halogen heat.
