The reputated German magazine "TESTMAGAZIN" awarded Skeppshult´s 4 l casserole with glass lid (article 0410) in the current Magazine (12/2009), with the award; "Preis/Leistungssieger" -"Best performance in relation to price." The recommended consumer price is 99,95 Euro in Germany.
Eleven casseroles from well known brands as Skeppshult, Le Creuset, WMF, Rösle, Silit and Kupfermanufaktur Weyersberg was tested. Skeppshults cast iron casserole together with Kupfermanufaktur Weyersberg very exclusive copper casserole´, was the only brands that reached 5 of 5 possible points in the category "cooking characteristics".
The magazine TESTMAGAZIN motivated the Awards as followed: Skeppshults casserole "Is without any problems usable on every cooking field and ovens", "has material advantages and great cooking results" and "has a good heat storage".
