Bake bread in the FÄLTUGN, a basic recipe.

5 dl lukewarm water
6 dl wheat flour
6 dl Graham Flour
1 pkt dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Spice Bread, whole or ground 1 tbsp cooking oil
Mix wheat flour with the other dry ingredients in a bowl, add water and make sure everything is mixed well. Fill in the graham flour, make it to a solid but not overly dry dough. Save some flour for later . Let the dough ferment up and mix it with the saved flour. Ferment again.
Preheat the casserole (FÄLTUGN) over the fire, and ensure that there is a good glow bed to put the FÄLTUGN in. Put in the dough in the casserole. Put the lid on and fill it with plenty of glow on the top. Let bake 30 - 40 minutes, and test, with help of a stick, if the bread is finished. Let the bread cool slightly in a towel or wool sweater (yes a wool sweater is good to use). Enjoy immediately or the next day.
