Banana pancake

Ingredients:
5 dl of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
0,5 dl of sugar
3 eggs, lightly whisked
7 dl milk
60 g of melted butter
2 bananas
butter for frying
Preparation:
1. Pour flour, sugar and baking powder into a bowl. Mix eggs, milk and butter and then whisk the flour mixture into it until it is smooth.
2. Leave the mixture to rise in the fridge for 15 - 20 minutes
3. Melt a bit of butter in a frying pan, split the bananas lengthwise into thin slices. Use a decilitre measure to pour the mixture. Approx. 0.5 dl per pancake.
4. Place 1 - 2 slices of banana on each pancake and turn them over after approx. two minutes and fry for another two minutes. Fry three at a time.
5. Remember to make small and above all thick pancakes. Do not try to spread the mixture as when making ordinary thin pancakes.
