Steak in a wok

4 portions
Ingredients:
2 - 3 slices of minute steaks, approx. 500 g
2 tbs of cooking oil
2 carrots
1/2 bunch of scallions
1 garlic
1 yellow pepper
2 dl of sugar peas (Findus' sugar snap peas)
2 dl of broccoli bouquets
2 tbs of tomato purée
2 tsp of cornstarch
2 dl of meat broth
1 tsp of oregano
salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Cut the meat into pieces. Slice carrots and cut the scallions into bits. Slice the garlic. Cut the pepper into pieces.
2. Fry the meat in a frying pan until it’s done. Add all of the vegetables and leave them to fry for approx. a minute. Add tomato purée and flour and stir.
3. Pour the broth over. Flavour using oregano, salt and pepper. Leave everything to heat. Serve with rice.
