Chocolate fondue with fruit

Fondue set nr. 0085

4 - 8 portions

Ingredients:
500 g of dark chocolate, (high quality - 70 % cocoa)
0.5 l of milk or cream or a mixture of both
2 bananas
0.5 l of fresh strawberries
4 kiwis
1 pineapple

Preparation
1. First prepare the fruit and berries. Peel and cut into suitable bits. Place them in groups on a large dish.
2. Chop the chocolate and put it in the fondue pot.
3. Bring milk or cream to the boil and pour over the chocolate. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
4. Place the fondue pot over the heat source on the table and dip the pieces of fruit (e.g. melon, pineapple, banana, kiwi, strawberries) or berries into the chocolate.
