Sauté pan no. 0120, 0120T, 0130T, 0250, 0250T, 0285T, 0130S, 0610WB

4 portions

Ingredients:
500 g of mince
1 tsp of salt
1 pinch of pepper
3 tbs of shredded leek
1 tbs chopped dill
1/2 tbs of chopped basil
1/2 tbs of chopped thyme
1 1/2 tbs of potato flour
1 dl of milk
1 dl of grated cheese
1 red pepper

sauce:
2 1/2 dl of single cream
3/4 dl of strained tomatoes
1/2 dl of water
salt, pepper

Preparation:
1. Clean and shred the leek. Chop dill, basil and thyme.
2. Knead the mix together with salt, pepper, leek, chopped herbs, milk and potato flour. Knead it into a smooth mix.
3. Brown a small amount of cooking fat in a large frying pan and flatten the mix into a large steak. Fry the mince for approx. 5 - 6 minutes. Split the mix into four steaks and turn them over. Fry for another 5 mins. Remove the steaks.
4. Wash the frying pan and add single cream, strained tomatoes and water. Stir and bring to the boil. Flavour using salt and pepper.
5. Place the steaks in the sauce. Remove the seeds and chop the pepper. Spread cheese and red peppers over the steaks.
6. Leave the steaks to simmer in the sauce under a lid until the cheese has melted, approx. 3 - 5 minutes. Boiled pasta is a good compliment.
