Crispy wafers
Wafer iron, round no. 0012

Ingredients:
1 1/2 dl of water
1 1/2 dl sugar
3 dl of flour (or slightly less)
100 g of melted butter
Preparation:
1. Mix water, sugar and half of the flour. Stir it until the mixture is smooth. Sift the remaining flour while stirring. Lastly, add the butter.
2. Heat up the iron. Oil it the first time if necessary. More times may be necessary.
3. Spread the mixture, fold and press together. Heat until they are light brown and fold them together immediately . Use thin cotton gloves if you are sensitive to heat.
Can also be formed in the shape of a bowl over a teacup, which thereafter can be filled with fruit and ice cream. Very nice!
