Chicken wok

4 portions

Ingredients:
500 g of fresh chicken, shredded
2 tbs of soy
2 tbs of cooking oil
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 leek, shredded
1 red pepper, shredded
1 green pepper, shredded
3 dl of coconut milk
2 tsp of honey
Sambal Oelek
1 packet of sugar peas

Preparation:
1. Mix the chicken with the soy in a bowl.
2. Bring the coconut milk to the boil. Mix the honey and Sambal Oelek in the hot coconut milk.
3. Heat the wok or a large frying pan and pour the cooking oil into it. Put the chicken together with the garlic into the pan and leave it to fry for a few minutes.
4. Add the vegetables and the warm sauce. Stir and make sure that the sauce is mixed with the chicken and the vegetables. Leave it to simmer for a minute or so but the vegetables should be crisp.
5. Serve with noodles or rice and a salad.
