Double waffle with salmon and avocado cream
Waffle iron no. 0010
Ingredients:
2 Avocados
3/4 dl of crème fraiche
lime juice
1/2 small red onion
1 tomato
salt
pepper
smoked salmon
Preparation:
1. Peel and remove the stone from the avocados. Pulp them with the crème fraiche and lime juice.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and dice the tomato finely. Mix it into the avocado cream. Flavour using salt and pepper.
3. Split the waffles into hearts and put some avocado cream in between. Garnish using a little cream, salmon roses and dill. Sprinkle a little red onion on the side.
