Recipe: "My Own" Mustard.

Here are the ingredients you will need;
I ½ tablespoons of white mustard seeds
5 tablespoons of brown mustard seeds
4 tablespoons of water
1 ½ tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoons of salt
1 ½ tablespoons of cooking oil
You will need the following utensils;
Skeppshult's mustard ball ("Senapskula") and cast iron bowl
A bowl
A spoon for mixing
This is what you do;
Grind mix the mustard by crushing the seeds in the cast iron bowl (sit on the edge of a chair and hold the bowl between you knees). Put the ball in the bowl and make it roll around in the bowl by making circular motions - in that way the seeds will be ground and mixed).
Pour the crushed seeds into a glass bowl and pour on the water. Allow it stand and swell for 10 minutes. Stir in the honey (and a little Whiskey if you like), salt and oil. Allow the mustard to stand and mature in the fridge for at least three days and nights before serving.
