Pancake cake

4 portions:
Ingredients:
1 batch of pancake mixture
Approx. 2 dl of wild raspberry jam or raspberry jam
250 g of frozen raspberries, thawed
2 dl of cream
2 kiwis
1/2 a pomegranate
Preparation:
1. Put cold pancakes and raspberry jam and thawed raspberries in layers on a serving dish.
2. Whisk the cream and place a layer of cream on top. Pipe small blobs around the edge.
3. Peel and cut the kiwi into slices and place around the edge. Spread the pomegranate seeds in the middle. Serve at once.
Tip!
Remember not to put the kiwis on until just before serving. Otherwise the cream can have a slightly bitter taste.
