Mince and parmesan steaks with tomato salsa

4 portions
Ingredients:
500 g of minced beef
1 egg
2 tbs of grated parmesan cheese
1 dl of finely chopped chives
1 - 2 pressed garlic cloves
3/4 tsp of salt
2 - 3 pinches of ground pepper
1 tbs of rape oil
2 tomatoes
2 tsp of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
Extras:
Potatoes raw fried
Preparation:
1. Mix mince, eggs, cheese, chives (save approx. 1 tsb for the salsa), garlic, salt and pepper into a mix. Roll large rectangular steaks.
2. Heat the oil and brown the steaks on all sides for 3 - 5 minutes. Leave on the stove to heat for 5 - 10 mins under a lid.
3. Dice the tomatoes and mix them with the olive oil and the remaining chives. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with sliced fried potatoes.
