4 chicken fillets, approx. 500 g
salt and white pepper
2 leeks
2 1/2 dl of medium fat cream
1/2 dl of pesto
Preparation:
Brown the chicken in butter in a frying pan. Season. Shred and fry the leek in a sauté pan. Add the cream and pesto. Place the chicken in the sauce and let it boil for approx. 10 mins. Tip: Exchange the chicken fillets for pre-grilled chicken. It is easy to warm pieces in the sauce.
