Thai chicken wok

4 portions
Ingredients:
4 chicken fillets
1 tbs of cooking oil
1/2 tsp of salt
1 bag (600 g) for frozen wok vegetables
1 bunch of coriander
1 tin (400 ml) of coconut milk
2 tbs of fish sauce
1 tbs of raw sugar
2 - 3 pinches of chili pepper
Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillets into thin shreds. Fry them in half of the cooking oil in a wok or a large frying pan. Salt and place the chicken in a dish for the time being.
2. Fry the wok vegetables in the remaining oil in the wok for approx. 5 mins. Add the chicken fillets.
3. Mix coriander with coconut milk, fish sauce, raw sugar and chili pepper in a mixer. Pour the sauce into the wok and leave it to simmer for a few minutes.
4. Serve the wok with noodles and lime wedges.
