Waffle with anchovy mix
Waffle iron no. 0100
Ingredients:
1 tin of anchovy fillets á 50 g
1 red onion
2 dl of crème fraiche
salt
pepper
Preparation:
1. Let the anchovies drain off. Chop finely. Peel and chop half the onion finely. Mix the anchovies and onion with the crème fraiche. Flavour using salt and pepper.
2. Place a dollop of anchovy mix on each waffle. Chop the remaining onion into thin rings and use them for garnish.
